Smell the surf, see the waves right from your bed as you wake up! Dine with pleasure on your shaded private porch/lanai, from what you whipped up in your own kitchen or from the many choice restaurants. Most restaurants have free delivery right to your patio!
While watching the waves roll in and just to feel the breezes and hear those soft breakers day and night relaxes the mind and calms the soul.

Now Around the back of the studio there is another lovely private setting just for you!

to breakfast, or read near the mango, do yoga, cook fresh fish on Charcoal Grill (BBQ) or just relax and watch the banana, noni, Avocado and Papaya grow! Nap peacefully in your "Pauley's Island Hammock" under the shade of majestic Coconut palms!


Nature Lovers Paradise and Bird Watcher's Dream!

From the house I have seen pelicans, double crested cormorants, frigate, osprey, kestrel, swanson and red tail hawks, red headed woodpecker, ibis, dove, grackles, and Great heron also (blue gray & white)Outside high up on your patio I saw Sand crabs, Geckos and lizards!

Check It out you don't even need a car! With shuttle bus, taxi, scooters and varied electric cars it's a cinch to get out and around! You can Bike island wide or stroll from uptown happenings to the very heart of downtown that's only blocks away. You will find many varied Art Galleries, Shopping, Live Theater, Restaurants, Live Music, Cinemas, and Museums down the main drag as well as side streets off Duval.



Although you are in a quiet neighborhood you are also a stones throw from Key West's Finest - Famed "Louie's Back Yard" Five Star Restaurant that also overlooks the Atlantic Ocean, for cuisine connoisseurs looking for an edge! And just steps from your own porch/lanai is Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Windsurfing, Parasailing, and Jet Skiing!

I personally recommend Downwind Kayaking! If you book w/us I will have laid out Eco tours and connections to FUN all with percentage discounts! You could go Dolphin Watching or just enjoy the many species of land and sea Birds!!
